I was skeptical of the StratOp process due to my experience with previous “business consultants”. Upon sitting with Paul I was intrigued because I knew this was different. The time we spent together showed me how serious Paul is about the process but also his desire to properly prepare and do everything possible to make the process successful! Paul professionally handled every aspect of the process. I was pleasantly surprised with how he navigated us through each phase. He prompted and prodded us when needed and injected his opinion where applicable. Paul kept the process fun and light, with each team member engaged at all times. At no point did I feel like we were derailed and venturing down pointless discussion. All in all, the StratOp process was very valuable for Raceseng. I attribute 25% of the value from the process itself but the other 75% to how Paul conducted each day. The framework of StratOp is great but the facilitator is what drives the value for the business. If I were to grade Paul, I’d give him an A.If I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat.
