My life's call is to help others engage with their world in a compelling way....to move toward their future with a clearer sense of who they are, where they are going and how to get there. For organizations...to see the impact and results they can't now imagine. For people...to live the life they were meant to live.

You may have read or heard the phrase “Never trust a leader who doesn’t walk with a limp.” After investing 14 years of my life in South America, building and leading non-profit projects, while starting a family, we landed back in the US.  Working in a cross-cultural, multi-lingual and socio-economically diverse environment drew upon and grew my strengths as a team leader, strategic visionary, problem-solver and transformational guide. A journey filled with adversity; experiences that have left their mark on me, forging deep convictions about life and leadership.

I love systems, but I’m about people. In the landscape of big data and analytics (which I appreciate), we are offered insights that we have never had before. We must leverage this insight, but I just don’t think there is a substitute for a guide, for life-on-life engagement, the encouraging effect of a non-anxious presence, and the power of a piercing question that cuts through the fog.
